Purpose
These terms govern the use of the site and the provision of the FrontDesk service by TALOX (a Belgian company based in Brussels, Belgium): qualification of incoming enquiries and appointment booking for estate agencies (V1).
Price
FrontDesk is billed monthly according to the plan chosen (see the pricing page), excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
Commitment and cancellation
FrontDesk runs on a one-month notice period, with no long-term commitment. Amounts already billed are non-refundable, except by express agreement between the parties.
Liability
TALOX uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and reliability of FrontDesk, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. In the event of proven fault, TALOX's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the client over the preceding twelve months, excluding any indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for TALOX's registered office, in Belgium.
